DeFazio Industries Expands in Mid-Atlantic Region
DeFazio Industries continues its expansion across the mid-atlantic region with a number of additions to its growing organization and product lines represented.
In the Virginia territory, the company has added Allied PVC-Coated Conduit Systems to its Atkore electrical raceway portfolio, as well as Galvan Industries ground rods. Additionally, as part of the now completed Prysmian Group acquisition of General Cable, DeFazio Industries has been awarded the combined product line, known as the Prysmian Group Trade & Installer business, encompassing legacy Prysmian medium voltage products and legacy General Cable products.
In the Washington DC/Maryland territory, the company was recently awarded the Littelfuse complete line of fuses, relays, controls, switches and fuse coordinated panels. Also in this territory, the company represents Orbit Industries’ broad line of rough-in solutions, fasteners, brackets, and LED lighting.
As for personnel, the company added several team members over the last few quarters, and its eight-person team is poised for continued growth. The field sales team consists of Rick DeFazio, Michael DeFazio and Anthony DeFazio. Customer service includes Nelson Raley, Brian Pederson and Jennifer Huffman. In administration, Leah Widener and Cindy Johnson round out the organization. The company maintains offices in Richmond, Virginia for the southern Virginia territory, as well as Ashburn, Virginia for the Washington DC/Maryland territory.
